HELP W/ MULTIPLE ERRORS

The SOA REFRESH value determines how often secondary nameservers check with the master nameserver for updates.Your SOA REFRESH value is 28800 seconds which is very high (about 3600-7200 seconds is good althought RFC1912 2.2 recommends a value between 1200 to 43200 seconds).
The expire value is how long a secondary nameserver will wait before considering its DNS data stale if it can't reach the primary nameserver. Your SOA EXPIRE value is 604800 seconds which is very low (as suggested by RFC1912 a value between 1209600 to 2419200 seconds is good)
Not all your nameservers agree on the identification of the primary nameserver or it isn't listed in the parent zone nameserver.
I have detected 2 stealth nameservers:
extsvc-01.dailymotion.com. extsvc-02.dailymotion.com. .
These are listed in your nameservers but are missing in the parent zone nameservers. Those nameservers are not included in these tests, so you have to check them manually.
PLEASE FORGIVE ME, I AM COMPUTER CHALLENGED

RE:HELP W/ MULTIPLE ERRORS

Ok Jason, i understand.
All errors depend only on your dns administrator: do you administer your domains directly using BIND? If yes, please referer to your BIND documentation. If you are using a third party service to handle DNS for your domains, please point them to the test page, they will know what to do.

Actually i think that if you are not the dns administrator you can't make those errors disappear!
