DNS partially resolving

I have registered the domain ieeedatascience.org at Godaddy and I want to point it (and the subdomain 2019) to dsw19.rutgers.edu.
At the domain registrar they claim that everything is fine, but when running the DNS health test I get
"Your nameserver do not include A records when asked for your NS records."
I am not sure if this is what is causing the problem, but the reality is that the DNS cannot be resolved by some connections

I would appreciate any further ideas on how to solve this issue.
Thank you.
